QA Flow

PinSpot's QA flow allows a second assessor to review observations before they are finalized. Reviewers can leave comments directly on the content, and observations move through a structured set of statuses from draft through to final, ensuring nothing reaches a report without proper sign-off. The process keeps teams aligned, creates a clear audit trail, and gives clients confidence in the quality of every observation.

QA overview

A single view showing all observations and their current review status. From here, assessors can set observations to ready for review and see at a glance which ones are awaiting action, need changes, or are finalized. Color-coded status indicators and a live count per status make it easy to monitor workload and spot bottlenecks across the team, even on large and complex assessments.

QA overview

Review and commenting

Open an observation to review its content in detail. Reviewers can leave inline comments tied to specific parts of the observation, or add general comments for broader feedback. The original assessor is notified, can address each comment in turn, and resubmit for review. All comments and responses are retained, giving you a full record of the review conversation for every observation.

Reporting

Once an observation reaches final status it is ready for reporting. The QA view surfaces a summary of reporting status, showing how many observations are finalized versus still in progress, with a direct link to the full report page. This means you always know exactly how close a report is to being complete, without having to open it and check manually.
